Okay Plus / Design & Technology

This site was developed for a local Phoenix artist on a very tight schedule, to be completed before a large installation in Toronto. I was able to develop a site that offered a lot of content with easy navigation, as well as some features usually found on sites with larger budgets and timelines, such as an integrated blog and a web-administered backend. All of the site’s content and organization can now be easily updated by the artist and his team.

I was also able to add a few extra touches, such as full screen background images that change randomly as you browse through the site, and animated headings that use a custom font I developed based on the artist’s work.

This site is built on the Drupal content management system, which allows the client to adminsiter the site themselves, and add new projects as they are completed. Our goal was to design a site that reflected the company’s design sense and professionalism.

This site was developed for a local DJ crew, to connect with their fans, promote upcoming events, and distribute their music.

Top Notch Handyman needed a simple site to showcase the quality of their work, and provide another point of contact for potential clients. The site was entirely hand-coded with valid XHTML and CSS.

This site was developed as an internal project while I was an intern at an award-winning architecture firm in Vermont. I had the benefit of working with great content and photography, and designed a template that allows for easily browsing their work, and facilitates updating the site with new projects.
